Socks!

Socks, generally regarded as a key item in a man’s wardrobe, a necessity if you will. I on the other hand have chosen to wave that advice since I relinquished control over what I wear as child and decided to opt for the o natural approach when it comes to footwear. This however comes with its problems as you are inevitable bare foot when said shoes are taken off, which can lead to social awkwardness at parties as no one wants to be known as the bare footed bloke amongst other annoying problems.

However, during that bout of North Pole esc weather we had to endure my feet were getting exceptionally cold, which prompted a decision that need to be made, either buy some socks or man up! Needless to say I brought some socks, which were black and really showcased my love for colour.

There was however a problem that occurred after about two weeks into joining sock club, which was that I began to notice small holes appearing in them, namely my right foot in the big toe area (the captain). This prompted a full on investigation of that area but found nothing out of the ordinary (quite a stickler for personal hygiene) and was just left puzzled.

Then I realised that if I’m going to be such a skin flint and buy a pack of ten socks for £5 what should I expect and swiftly put plan B into action, so I'm pretty much back where I started but with tens pairs of crappy socks.
